The biggest indication that the realtor wanted to make us happy was that he continued to dissuade us from moving into properties we thought we wanted, but were inappropriate. Most realtors want to get their commission and move on as fast as possible, Devin said it could take a month or a year and I got the sense that he was prepared to take the time to get to know our needs and priorities.
